Hell, theres about an Rp for everything now, Why not this 12 childrens Card game?

Rules & Restrictions
How to make a format:

Deck you're Running: (This depends on The attribute or Type)
DP Left( Explained Later )

How to play:

It's fairly simple.
You'll have to make a deck, Duh.
DP are duel points, and you'll be given 200 of them to do what you please.
*1 Star Monsters = 1 DP
2 Star = 2
3 Star = 3
And so on.
Footnote: There are certain exceptions. Relinquish, which Is a level one monster, is atleast at Level 8 standards.
IMPORTANT:
All tuner Monsters are regarded level 3 monsters it is under level 5
all tuners over that level will revert to the normal system.
All Spells and Trap cards are Regarded as level 1 monsters, except for Rituals, which are worth 2 DP.
NOTICE: All monsters that end the game once played are restricted. God cards, Sacred Beasts, Earthbound Immortals and Syncro Monsters all require special quests to Obtain when the system goes live. I will NOT allow them in the tournament.
Another thing, If the card Is not real, Like if I can't find it made by Takahashi, I will not allow it. This includes cards that are only in the anime and Manga.
NOTICE: Send me your card List so I can Number them and randomize them during the tournaments. If you do not, you will not be allowed to play, be regarded as a spectator, and put on the black List.

Now that you've got all your stats and basics down, You're ready to duel, but you must first learn how.

Dueling Rules

As normal, Somebody most start the game. The person with the most DP can chose whether he/she goes first or second. You cannot attack on your first turn, smart one. The duel will commence as usual. If you want to make it easier for your opponent and spectators, you should label the part of your turn your in. You don't have to, but its recommended. During your end Phase, you are required to post this:
Ex:
Say you use 3 cards in your first turn, a face down monster and two face down spell/traps. Then, you put this at the bottom.

Monster Zone: Face Down Defense Monster
Spell/Trap Zone: 2 Face Down Cards
Cards in Hand: 3/6
LP Count: 4000
and then end your turn.

Start dueling!

Now that you know how to play, you can play, of course. But Just to let you know, There will be one 1 week tournament starting on Monday, September 20th, 2010.
During tournaments, you must wager one card. It must be a Ritual Spell card, Or a Monster over Level 5. You will be required to wager 10 Duel points during the Finals, or a monster over level 10. Should you win the finals, you will win the jackpot, everything that was included during the tournaments, which will prolly be worth about 100 DP.

Okay do we need to put their effects or just their names? Also does judgement dragon count as a monster that ends the duel once played?

i might just let this scramble to nothing and loss interest but whatever i think ill prove that tuners are unnessecary with my epic none tuner deck...as soon as i get the duel points to put everything together ( i wanna make my real deck but it contains like 60 cards XD)
pm ish coming but question first can i choose whatever cards i want cuz im not to good with the whole "deck specifications" i always just picked cards i liked and that went well together

And no. Cards like this or this That eventually end the turn or even have the words win and Duel in the same Sentence.

Don't care what you do, aslong as you can't win the duel by just sumonning them.

It can be Type, as In Warior, dragon, or spell caster, or Element, like fire, earth and water. It has to be based on something. Just make your deck list and I'll find out.

Its hard to Type words? Lol. I'm doing way more work by searching them, administering DP and then adding them up. You don't have to do it, You just won't be allowed in tournaments. Or to duel period, because I also have to number them and them scramble them.
