Depends. My Pokemon Blue Machamp had some serious stats on him, because I cheated and did the MissingNo. Iron/carbos trick....

But my Gold Machamp would probably lose...

Is Tsunade weak against the Fighting Type?

Machamp can throw 1000 punches in a single second, no?

Plus it's No Guard ability means it never misses, though that might be game mechanics so it probably doesn't count...

I say Katsuyu is Tsunade's best chance.

Machamp is hypersonic. He speedblitzes Tsunade. Even if he doesn't, her reaction speed isn't even in par with the speed of his punches.
