and Kisame has to use his own chakra to get chakra from his sword and has to fase with it. How can he do that in a genjutsu?

Kisame does not have to use his chakra to get chakra from Samehada, and he does not have to fuse with it. Samehada can act of its own accord, it is a congnizant being. So it does not need Kisame's orders to break him out of a genjutsu.

Itachi's Genjutsu happens in less than a second. Kisame mind wont even have time to react.

Kisame will just Nom Chakra till he buckles over from the weight of wherever a ninja stores his chakra XD

Itachi will laugh and kisame pops out of nowhere and says "Im just screwin with ya!" and Saws Itachis head off with a chainsaw and Naruto will never be known in Public Schools as "Just another dumb Show" It will be known as "WOW SUCH AN OWNAGE HORROR MOVIE!" Something along the lines of that yes.

I think that Kisame's statements were a test. Madara probably gave him special instructions. Itachi probably had Kisame's respect for the mass murder of his clan. Kisame was seeing if he was easily provoked. Itachi and Kisame were similiar in Kisame's eyes.
