Guren vs. Torune vs. Kimimaro

I'm going with Dudemeister on this one.
I think that we have only see her crystallize people on touch.

Tourune use's bugs as distraction while Kimmi uses Dance of the Seedling Fern.

Even if she crystallizes the bones, that won't stop them from impaling her, they will just look prettier.

That would work if this was a team battle but its not. Besides that point Guren taijutsu skills are no joke either. Kimmi would be crystallized before he can even use his curse mark.

Guren gets killed before he can process the thought to try and prevent Kimimaro from using his Curse Mark.

Jade Crystal Prison technique, her weakest of the 3 that crystallizes you has to be short range like 5 meters.

She has a mid range jutsu Pentagonal Prism which she crystallized multiple people once more than 10 meters.

She also has giant one which she did it against the 3 tailed beast at long range.


Folks look at this she is bloodlusted and has 2 people in a 3 way match.
Can Kimimaro win this? Yes. But the fact bloodlusted Guren can do hers faster doesn't spell good idea.

Not to mention this is the default 50 meters.

What is this unsupported notion that Guren has to be very close to crystallize you?

Guren encases Kimimaro in crystal. Kimimaro uses Dance of the Seedling Fern to escape like he did when he was surrounded by fifty gajillion gigatons of earth five thousand miles under the ground.

I haven't actually seen Guren's arc. I tried watching it once but the first five hours of it was Kakashi whining about how Naruto luuuuuuvs Sasuke so I gave up.

Even at the distance, if Guren tried to use her giant crystal prison technique like what she used against the 3-tails, Kimmi could use Dotsf to escape it.

I skipped most of it except for the fights. And Naruto was an incredible idiot in the arc. Filler Arcs make Naruto look worse than normal on average.

i think kimimaru can most likely breakout of the crystal. after all, guren broke out of it after using that self sacrificing jutsu thing.. ( at least thats what i think). torune might pose a problem if he has chakra absorbing bugs because he can both guren and kimi's chakra.. but his never shown having it

Yamato or someone else stated that Guren has potentially infinite amount of weapons by crystallizing from anyway.

Ok fine maybe not literally crystallizing air itself but she will crystallize down your throat at least in theory. She shatters you inside and out.
