Can Gaara Really Create That Much Sand Without Being Able To Make More? And Mei Broke Through Sasunoo, Sand is Weaker

The Sand was able to tank Ammy.

And yes, it's just a smaller tsunami.

To my memory Mei never actually penetrated Susanoo. Her poison almost did but Sasuke was saved by Deus Ex Machina at the last second.
