Raising back from the dead means putting the soul back into it's body, it does not mean you can come back if your entire body is disintegrated or your soul is erased from existence.

yes but when i read the bio about him it didnt say that his immortal and he doesnt have mental blocks.. atleast not powerful enough to hold back something like the phoenix

Phoenix and Galactus are not omnipotent in any way, shape or form. Anyone who claims they are need to die in a grease fire.

As for the fight, Galactus has been fought off by Phoenix bearers numerous times and, although I don't know whether it's actually true, I'm told that at full power the Phoenix Force > the Living Tribunal.

I read the serie's, someone changed the wikia page about him, at one time the page did have all the power he had but now it just say's he gain and unknown amout of powers.

Here were the powers as I remember them.

Strength: Unlimited (Can move anything with No Problem at all)
Speed: Unlimited (Can be anywhere at anytime)
True Invulnerability: Nothing can hurt him at all.
Creation: can create a living being from nothing.
Resurrection: Can being the dead back to life.
Unlimited physical senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing).
Super Sound: He could talk and everyone in the universe could hear him.
Super Breathe: Could blow wing powerful enough to wipe out
Eidetic memory: has complete recall of anything he has seen or heard.
Super Intelligence: He knows everything. (able to calculate over a billion scenarios simultaneously)
Immune: He is immune to Kryptonite, Red Sun/radiation, & Psionics)
(If you dont know what Psionics is, it's the power of telepathy or telekinsis)
Power Bestowal: able to bestowal anybody with any power (promised his successors greater powers if they pledged to always protect Earth and the solar system)

The writers of the series stated he has countless powers. Far to many to list.

He's wrong. Galactus only has one power. The Power Cosmic, which allows him to accomplish virtually any task.

Also, the number of Galactus' abilities are not being called into question. The claim that he's totally impervious to damage and completely omniscient are.

Phoenix Force at full power is definitely not above the LT. The Living Tribunal governs over hundreds of multiverses and is second only to The One Above All.

As for this thread, it's hard to say. It depends on how well Galactus is. If he's well fed he should be able to win eventually.

I'm talking about kal-El Prime known as Gold Prime.

His travels lasted from the 21st Century, and ended somewhere at the turn of the 700th Century. During his travels, he acquired vast abilities and skills from across the universe. When he returned he forged a covenant with his descendants, he would bestow upon them a small fraction of his power as long as they served for truth and justice. After the covenant he left and returned into his fortress of solitude in the centre of the Super Sun. The time he spent in the sun magnified his already great power to infinite levels. His strength and other countless abilities he gained also rose to unknown levels from the time he spent in the sun.
