I forget which movie it is (Inheritors of the Will of Fire?), but it's the one where they have to save Kakashi because some Rogue Ninja was taking Kekkei Genkai from all over. I don't know if they were named or not.

ya that was the movie i was thinking of i also forgot the name.hiruko was the characters name,he was a childhood friend of tsunade,jiraiya and orochimaru.

Yeah I think Haku is the only character not from the leaf village with a kekkei genki.

I belive the third kazekage hada kekei genkai that allowed him to convert his chakra into a magnetic field.

i don't think it's considered a kekkei genkei if i remember right he studied the shukakus ability and some other things and created the ability of iron sand.i think theirs a kg called swift release.
