Why? He should be capable of taking out Orochimaru with gates, Naruto needs more feats in his Kyubi Chakra mode and he can keep on killing Danzo with Izanagi, if Danzo even gets the chance to take off the thing on his arm. What're the extents of that mind controlling jutsu anyway?

kisame admitted in the anime when he talked with itatchi that he is the weaker of the two (itatchi and kisame ) so why kisame higher than itatchi??


Also , itatchi rofl pawned oruchimaru , and oruchimaru had prep time to use edo tensi ,cuz he was facing itatchi from behind , but he didn't , i think thats called stupidity , so itatchi is higher than oru even with prep time , cuz itatchi is smarter , and oru is dumper , am i wrong??

1: Learn to spell.
2: Kisame is stronger than Itachi because his feats put him well above Itachi. Whatever he said in the anime doesn't matter.
3: Orochimaru only ever lost to Itachi because plot demanded that he do so.

LUCKY.KAKASHI, you have to remember that this list is based off of feats. Most, if not all, of what you're trying to prove is based off of hype. Check Nightmare Luffy's list next to this one.

Do you know the difference between hype and feats? If not then let me clarify it for you. Feats are the abilities that a character has shown to be able to do. Hype is what a character claims he or someone else can do. Yes, the 2nd Hokage is said to be able to use Edo Tensei and have Time Space Manipulation jutsu similar to the 4th Hokage. However, the 2nd hasn't shown any actual feats besides one water jutsu and some taijutsu. It's probable that Kidomaru can beat the 2nd Hokage on feats alone and this is what this list is made for.

In no way the 2nd Hokage has "higher" feats than Orochimaru. The 2nd Hokage would be a joke to Orochimaru in a battle of feats, which the BG is based around. A hype battle maybe, but not in feats.

Also, Kabuto used the same technique, he absorbed Orochimaru, meaning he gained Orochimaru's techniques.

Feats only. Databooks aren't used here because of the contradictions they have concerning characters' abilities.

Kabuto said he could, but since most of his abilities are based on hype I'm not making a "Tobirama with prep time for Edo Tensei."

How is Gai above A and Sasuke? Both of them stomp him so hard it's not even funny. Gai was lucky Kisame didn't have Samehada which would have regenerated the Afternoon Tiger which is inferior to Killer Bee's lariat that it healed. Actually Guy couldn't even get past Danzo the characters above him are way too much for him too handle.
