Ok I just got out of sec ed a year ago and I can effectivly say, that atleast here, they weren't trying to spread taboo's. They were just trying to tell us to be safe. My sex ed class was directed by PE teachers and all they told us about were things like STD's, using condoms, and the reality of parenthood. They weren't scaring us into not doing it until were married. They didn't even mention that. They just made sure we were safe and that we knew what would happen if we ended up as parents.
