Ok I suggest that its mandatory that everyone use the search function to check if the thread they want to make has been done before. If it has then you can't make it unless one of the characters shows some new major feats.

Mods should close all threads that has been done before, I know its impossible to make everyone read the rules but then again, there are 17 BG mods, enough to close repeated threads.

There should be a rule on how many threads must be locked before a ban occurs.

Speed equal needs to be clarified as meaning all speed is equal regardless of what form the characters may take, otherwise it would completely defeat the purpose of making speed equal in the first place.

Obviously this is a rule that most people follow already but it's best to have it in writing to prevent trolls from trying to abuse loopholes.

All speed as in Ichigo's speed is the same regardless of whether it's Shikai or Bankai or Hollow Mask or H2.

I think it is just movement, but he means equelized regardless of transformations.

Hey I have a question why doesn't the sharigan doesn't work against speed blizers like Ichigo? In theory and feats it can track anyone movement why not them. Just curious about it.

Because Sharingan hasn't shown the ability to keep up with Hypersonic+ characters.

True there are alot of inconsisties with it. But I don't think its powers have changed. More like kishi is too lazy to keep using it and bringing it back.

Blame Kishi then, but Sasuke (Or any other Sharingan user for that matter) gets blitzed by those Hypersonic+ characters.
