if I remember correctly, Croc was able to tank bullets.

Spidey's webs can hold Hulk. There's nothing Croc can ever do to beat him in any way.

No, Lizard is consistently shown to be around the same level as Spidey in all of his appearances as far as I'm aware.

Not every time. Sometimes, Spidey beats up the Lizard, then turns him back to normal. But it can go either way.

From what I've seen of Killer Croc though, he doesn't stand a chance.
