Anyways, Aizen would win. He's already hypnotized Ulquiorra as stated by Unohana, thus once the battle starts he uses Kyoka Suigetsu and Ulquiorra can't hit him. Even if he just started spamming ceros and balas madly in any direction none of his attacks are fast enough to hit Aizen before he can dodge, and none of them have such a wide AoE that they can't be dodged. Aizen could probably tank most of Ulquiorra's hits even if they did somehow hit him. So Aizen wins.

Chapter 381 Page 15. She actually stated all the Espada witnessed his Shikai, but that includes Ulquiorra.

And I don't know how she would know. She probably just made a guess based on the fact that Aizen shows his Shikai to pretty much everyone so that he can use it whenever necessary. We know he used it on Barragan and Tia.

And even if he hasn't used it before hand, he could merely use it as soon as this fight starts and Ulquiorra gets hypnotized.

I'd say that by the time Ulq gets a chance to actually use something that can remotely injure Aizen, he'd already be caught in Kyoka Suigetsu's illusions and would be killed. Without knowledge of it, he really has no way of winning against Aizen.

Aizen's shikai is too powerful for Ulq. I highly doubt Aizen would let his opponent walk up and touch his sword before battle. Aizen would just play with Ulq using his shikai before finishing him.
