You seem to misunderstood, Sakura understanding & respecting Naruto has nothing to do with romantic feelings or how she feels towards Sasuke, the point is her hate for Naruto didn't last as long as you think.

See that's where Tsunade failed. She shouldn't relied on a bond, she should have sent ninja that could get the job done. Obvioulsy there were ninja available. See Shizune's group. She just didn't comprehend how important it was. Well it was all plot crap. Jiraiya just happened to be gone at the time and not following Orochimaru, which is essentially what he devoted his life to. Just not believable.

No he didn't; Itachi was pretty dispassionate. The problem was Sasuke's father. He was power hunger and quite evil when it comes down to it. He just wanted his sons to be pliant and powerful.

If it wasn't for the somewhat poorly executed Itachi Twist, Itachi is a pretty good character. Certainly, better than Sasuke even when he was "evil."

@LadyTsunade I still don't agree that Kushina is like Sakura, she is like Naruto, but yeah it seems to be pointing that way.

Shizune's group was already on a mission and Tsunade didn't know they were coming back....either way they were way too exhausted to fight IMO and yes it was also done for the plot.

For all we know Jiraya could have been gathering info on Oro....it's not like Oro himself went and got Sasuke.

Even with the poorly done twist I still think he's an amazing character but then again Itachi is to me what Danzou is to you lol

We definitely agree on that one (unlike the whole Danzou thing lol ) Sasuke should have been hunted down just like any other rogue nin as soon as Naruto "confirmed" he went willingly and wasn't forced. Tsunade can be blamed for not being more determined but if we're talking about her sending Shikamaru and the others we might disagree a little bit. At the time I'm sure she was also counting on the "bond" between Naruto and Sasuke to help bring him back and there were also no other Chunnin or Jonin available for the job because of the situation of the village.

lol about Itachi telling Sasuke he was weak...yeah we'll never know for sure but it might have been like you say. Still I was referring more to him being a snob and arrogant every day he spent with Sasuke and reminding him how strong he was compared to poor little Sasuke. As far as we know that never happened....yes he knew he was exceptional in some areas more so than others but he was very grounded and even told Sasuke about the negative side of it all.

It should have been the top priority. Someone else should have been sent. Plus, there were boatloads of ninja around for back up, they should have kept following Sasuke.

If he was, shouldn't he have been close by. Giant FUBAR is what the whole situation was.

I guess, but at least your character got to live up to his potential, mine was thrown away.

Befor I share my opinion of this chapter, the naruhina vs narusaku was hilarious... umm anyways...I think I found the chapter touching in a "Naruto" way, I loved how Kushina was all like "I'm sorry we couldnt be there for you, wash behind your ears and THERES ONLY BOYS AND GIRLS SO FIND A GIRLFRIEND SON! (muhahaha did anyone else notice sasunaru is definately out?) and how naruto was like well..." Haha mom since you imprisoned the beast inside of me and was never there...'' Kushina **about to cry**... "I still feeel the love,lol"...But seriously when Kushina is trying to tell him how much she loves him but disappears , that was really touching :.( It was an epic chapter really.

It was a great chapter. Very touching It definately gives Naruto some closure.

The pairing issue - Even if Naruto goes to Sakura - And even if Naruto totally forgot about Hinata's confession, Sakura knows about it. But I think pairings is the LAST thing to worry about right now lol

Zombie Itachi + Sasuke - I think they will meet up. Even if Itachi is under Kabuto's control, they can still talk to each other.

I think Sasuke is a lost cause. He will probably die. Either get killed or maybe from the same disease as Itachi. (I don't think its wise transplanting eyes from a diseased person who was probably decomposing at the time...).

Then maybe Kabuto can turn against Madara cause the trade off is Sasuke after all. Kabuto's army is kinda scary though, they are all very power ninjas. I liked the Akatsuki, so i'm kinda glad those characters reappear again. (zombie or not haha)

Guess we'll see in 505
