Neji is actually a great matchup against Minato, as he can see from all sides the kunai being thown, and rotation them away if they get close. Minato will have a hard time touching Neji, who could counter and mess with Minato's chakra

Neji can actually win this. i dare somone to dissagree ;]



and thats just by feats; by hype Neji is WAY more powerful

I'd love to see Neji use Rotation on a giant toad.

And by hype, Minato is WAY more powerful than Neji since IIRC he was stated to be one of the strongest hokages.

Edit: Crap I forgot the restrictions in all this craziness @_@ Forget what I said.

toads are restricted

Neji is a bad matchup for minato; Neji can see the Kunai's being tossed from all angles, and can rotation them away when they get close, and if minato gets close with the kunai, he either gets roatiion'd, or his chakra network gets messed with. in all honesty Neji has a respectable shot here

by hype, rotation can block/distort Kamui (accorging to some lol)
