That's not something you ask here. You'd be better off PMing a mod and asking nicely coming in this thread and demanding stuff to be changed is not the way to go about it. If you PM a mod and ask nicely they can get to it if they feel like it, if they don't want to do it then you're out of luck, since the title change is not needed.

Question here. How come some people can change their "under titles"? A fine example of what I'm talking about can be found here:

Under his name can be found a specific title. It's not like I haven't seen this. I've been to other vBulletin forums and there, unlike here, you could change that title to whatever you want, whenever you want. So I'm curious as to why this forum lacks the option.

Could this option be enabled here?

Would you bother to elucidate as to whatever being responsible or doing jobs mean?

Obviously, if I'm not appointed to do "A job" I can't do it. So there must be some kind of criteria for this. Is there any except the quizzes?

To add to Maik's post it can be heavily determined by context that the inappropriate language is used.

Which in of itself, is normally flaming or trolling.
Lots of times new F.A.I.L. members don't know that, so they wind out warning/infracting for it, and I have to tell them that it wasn't really worth it.

No, only one of those words. Shit and bitch, are judged on context.
Oh, racial slurs are normally bad too.

So if you were to say, "My my, what a bitch you are", that would be bad.
However, saying, "I was just bitching about something today", would not be bad.
