Lets say if obito is madaara/tobi why would he want to rule the world because we know little about him and he seemed like a good guy in the kakashi chronicles so yer why would obito want to rule the world

i know but im just saying if obito was madara/ tobi (even though hes probally not) why would he try and take over the world
