Scenario 1: No gates, no susanoo

Scenario 2: Gates, susanoo

Location: Chunin exam stadium.

Distance: 40 yards.

Scenario 1:

He traps Gai in a genjutsu and cuts off his head, he then traps Neji in Tsuki and then Speedblitz Lee and Tenten or burns them alive.

Scenario 2:

He pops Susanoo and abosrbs their souls.

It is stompish but the 1st scenario he has a moderate difficulty, the only two he needs to worry about are Neji and Gai.

2nd, is pretty much a stomp assuming he can catch Gai.

Scenario 1: Ammy OR Tsuki kills them all. but with a little difficulty due to Neji's Dojutsu + Tentens Medical support, and the fact that Guy knows how to fight Itachi but Itachi will prevale

Yeah, Itachi kinda stomps both of these.

Scenario 1: Itachi uses genjutsu on Team Guy, or if he so chooses, Amaterasu. The only remote threat is Guy, and he is not gonna kill Itachi.

Scenario 2: Susanoo, GG. There is absolutely nothing Team Guy can do to get past it.

Itachi can win in both scenarios with Tsuki.

Noone in Team Gai has every shown even the slightest genjutsu resistance,
they get mindraped out of the HST.
