Then I recommend making a quick tour of the Character Talk or Polls section to try and get a few more posts under your belt. However, you don't want to make a habit out of it, and make sure they're worthwhile posts (nothing like "Minato rulez lulol!").

You yourself are spamming. Let an official handle it if it's even necessary.

In answer to the poster's question, yes, you require 15 posts to send pms to anybody excluding the Admins, Sage Mode and SRhyse. But I suggest getting those posts with complete answers/replies to the thread, not by spamming.

As a general rule of thumb, never consider any Naruto pic that is ever posted on the forums legal.

I'd need to see these pics to know if they're legal or not. Most pics that are posted are not Viz owned material, making them ok to post. That said, it's a case-by-case thing.

yes you can. Viz hosted material is the one exception. That said, we don't like people posting those images either as it can still be a potential problem.

It can still cause problems you can get infracted for someone not knowing so PM Ashen or the Admins to see if you can post it before actually doing so, if they say you can't don't.

I could picture that, newbies see a pic, and go post something illegal. Not so good.

Here is the rule: No illegal fan art, images or links allowed. (So all Vizanime owned stuff...no fan art of it allowed, or images or links.)

However you CAN take photos from this site and post them. It is just recommended you don't altogether to avoid any and all issues caused by it such as banning or infractions.
