You're thinking of Sasuke. And Deidara's only good if you know his combos. And it's kinda unfair 'cause I memorized lots of them.

And by double KO, do you mean two wins in a row? If so, that sucks, and that's unfair to the person that won fair and square.

i mean as in if you both kill each other at the same time
also if you i can bann sasuke in exange for deidara.

I don't think any character should be banned, almost all characters have moves they can exploit to be 'cheap'. Examples: naruto down A, Kankuro grab, Garra sand pillars, Komachi weapons, Itachi clones, Kisame water prison.

All of these moves can be countered, all you have to do is think outside the box. For Sasuke just move to the edge of the stage, Diedara just throw weapons, etc.
