Miley is developing and growing up ... that's why she acts they way she does. She may be influenced by others but in the end it's all up to her to decide how to live her life...
If I were a celeb I would do it my own way and I'm pretty sure that Miley does it so...
I don't have anything against her .. there are a few songs i like but that's just it. And she's also a performer so the dressing thing on stage is ART to me whether it's sexy or not because it's a part of her job to dress to impress.

It's pretty obvious why Cyrus is acting all sleazy and everything...

Sex sells.

Either Cyrus herself is acting sleazy to get more attention or the people around her are encouraging her to act all sleazy for the same reason. Even if the attention is negative she'll still be in the limelight. Sure she's got her music but that's not likely
to last long. Her audience is growing up and she'll want to keep a hold of them.

first of all i need to warn u peoplez that i'm a 1970's and 1980's music freak born in the 90's but i still have my right to speak. all she is doing is copying from stuff from the 70's and 80's so i don't really have a problem. I might be going back PRETTY far here but in the late 70's there was a band called "The Runaways". they consisted of all teenage girls. they wore lingerie so you could say they sorta dressed like miley cyrus. i have no problem. and i do agree that she doesn't have to go that far to look sexy. and also i really don't like her music...she sucks completely, but these are my cards all laid out. just sayin'...
