awesome prediction as usual. Guess you really believe shisui to be evil one and so do I.
I have another theory which will be in sync with this prediction and also with what Itachi said long ago. It was shisui who attacked Itachi(his best friend) to gain mangekeyu sharingan. But he didnt know the "depth of Itachi's power"(Itachi's own words) and got killed instead. May be this is what Itachi was referring to when he attacked konoha police (3 uchihas ) who accused him of killing shisui.

The person who was fighting Minato laughs: Heh.

(Shows the Nine Tails standing behind Madara)

Madara: It figures they wouldn't tell a Hokage as young as you

Madara: But I don't have to explain the obvious, now do I?

Minato charges up with chakra

Minato quickly teleports to the Nine Tails/Kushina

Minato (thought): I have to save Kushina first!

Madara: Absolute darkness.

Shows someone was watching the fight

That someone...was Danzo.

Danzo grins.

Minato taught the 3rd hokage the death reaper seal rewatch it when he do it on orochimaru. When the 3rd do he said "The fourth was right death stands right behind you and only the user can see it.

No proven relationship. It's a theory. But it makes sense.

Obito died at 13.
Shisui was by my guess 8 at the time.

A year later Nine Tails attack.
Obito would have been 14.
Shisui is by my guess 9 at this time. (If you think it's over the top for a 9 year old to be able to delay Minato remember that Shisui was considered
a genius of the Uchiha clan who are already considered geniuses.)

the case that he was a traitor and possibly not a victim at all.

Thanks...I was trying to think of an animal that could be somewhat related
to water and land (and air)....but not be amphibious. Also there's the obvious factor of storks and babies.

Shisui was like a big brother to Itachi so he is older,but i can't believe that a 9 year old could stand up against Minato.The way you see it Itachi at 13 was stronger than Shisui at 16,however i think that Minato wins easily against Itachi at 13 with not yet having MS so i think that it would believable if Ao is close to 40 and Shisui too so:

I love the theory, but Kushina helped make the seal for the nine tails. I don't see how she could have done that if she turned into the nine tails as you posted.

Consider the following...

Kakashi had said before that there would be ninja younger than a
12 year old Naruto and yet much stronger than himself.
(Showing that age does not matter.)

Shisui was a top ninja in the Uchiha clan. He was the best of the best.
(Next to the Senju, the Uchiha were the most feared of all the clans)

Shisui is merely delaying Minato. This is much easier than outright fighting.
