Congralutaions all new Jonin, and thanks for all your contributions to this forum. The rep sounds like a good idea, and I think that all the jonin should be allowed to vote for their leader, but the rep is a good idea though.

Exactly, but you know, that would give the jonins some option and freedom on choosing their leader, and you should make it, that if more than half the members do not like their leader, they could change their leader.

I think that would kind of help the Jonins.

Well, no one would choose their leader. It's still based on post count, so there eventually will be many Jonin Leaders. Although, adding a rep requirement will make it harder.

I'm thinking it should be based on total rep points rather than rep power. But I'm not sure what's feasible. 400? 500? 1000? As of right now, Toma RNK already has 164, but the great majority are 20 and below.

Oh well, it would be fun, if the jonins and jonin leaders can vote on something, kind of like they could create the jonin council or something like that, and you know they could kind of look over the suggestions, and feedbacks, and could propose any ideas from there to the Jonin leader, but that would be kind of rare and random so....

I kinda like the idea of a Jonin Council. We could help the mods look over the forums, along with the ANBU and akatsuki.

Would say 500 but you need some way to convince people to actually use the reputation feature anyways.

You know that is right, not many people use the rep feature, and 500 would be kind of pushing it(No offense). I mean if Toma has 164, then 500 is way pushing it, it should probably be about 250, and I would say more people need to rep others.

No one other than the mods and helpers like Toma RNK would be leaders then, and alot of rep gets low points as well beacuse of people saying they dis-apporve of certain posts that sometimes are months old, the rep other times are just friends helping friends get higher rep so based on that not many will be joinin leaders..
