Well, for cheap missions like 2 on 1's and such, I used either Gaara for his Kazekage mode or Kabuto with Feather Illusion and kept using that and attacking.
But, for normal battles, I prefer to use Kakuzu, Animal Path, and Sasori (Third and Self).

Why does everyone keep saying him? Yeah he has the fastest speed stat but he's not that hard to beat.
