Orochimaru distracts them with a few snakes and while they are busy with him, Hiruzen(who should be around sonic with powerscaling), takes roughly half a second(0.59) to cross the 90 meters.

Alternately, if we want to assume Hiruzen is at least the basic ninja speed of "faster than the eye", which according to the OBD wiki is somewhere in the general neighbourhood of 89m/s, he can cross those ninety meters in 1.01123596 seconds according to my good friend the Google calculator(t=d/s).

Not really.Obvious answer was obvious.

May I remind you summoning isn't allowed?
That mean's he can only use his other Snake Jutsu's.
Gathering of the snakes only works when being sliced in half.
Hidden Shadow snake hands only works when in close-range.
Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands might work.But 90m?Also he only showed to be able to use like 8 of them at once.
Myriad Snake is only useful for defense.
Snake Authority is Close-Range.
Twin Snakes as well.

Nothing for him really works as distraction from 90m.

So Hiruzen can cross the distance in like a second.
And what speed is Kakuzu again or his Hearts which gave Kakashi trouble?

well if oro does not have all his summons, Kakuzu most likely puneshes him for reasons already stated

However do remember the Number's.

Can Oro distract Kakuzu,Hidan and his Hearts at the same time with those Jutsu's?

He might as well send 2 after Hiruzen while Hidan,Kakuzu and his other's go up against Oro.

Orochimaru can't distract all that at the same time.

Would these distraction's even work?
Kakuzu might as well just stay still against the Snake's unless they have shown to be able to penetrate Iron Skin.

Kakuzu is arrogant enough that he fell for a simple bait and switch. Orochimaru calls him a little girl and he focuses all his fire power on Orochimaru, forgeting all about Sarutobi until his soul is being ripped out.
