You can see the FRS is only around 20 Cm away there, and it's clear Pein would have to jump at least one meter to avoid it by the time it reaches him. This makes a quick calc very easy.

We'll assume 20 cm is correct, and assuming FRS moves at a hilariously slow sound speed...

.2 m / 343 m/s = .00058 s (Time he has to dodge)

It's easy to see Pein would need to jump at least a meter to avoid getting his legs chopped off, so jumping a meter in that time frame:

1 / .00058 s = 1,724.14 m/s (Speed needed to dodge)

And that's only using a very, very low speed for FRS.

Now call me an idiot to believe Deva paths is low hypersonic or better. Once again, this is using the very slow speed of Supersonic.

Watching the Anime, the jutsu took 32 seconds to make it across 15 meters, you can tell the anime was put it in slow motion, doubling the time, so you cut 32 in half you get 16. So the jutsu traveled 15 meters in 16 seconds.

its impossible, Naruto was 50 feet away from the paths and even if the jutsu traveled 50 in 0.1 seconds that would make the jutsu's speed at 500 feet per second, 30,000 feet per minute and 1,800,000 feet per hour.

1,800,000 feet per hour = 340 mph (not Hypersonic)

If you look at them you can tell there about 50 feet away, and the greatness speed the jutsu could of had from there is 218 mph.

lets say they were 100 feet away!

100 feet in 0.1 seconds
1000 feet per second
60,000 feet per minute
3,600,000 feet per hour

3,600,000 = 681 mph (not Supersonic or Hypersonic)

Now you can tell there no more then 100 feet away they barely look 50 feet away.

by that you have your speed and No not from the anime.

Do the math your self!

50 feet per second is 34mph

I'll break it down for you if you cant.

50 per second, there is 60 seconds in a minute. 50x60=3,000
3,000 feet per minute, there is 60 minutes in a hour. 3,000x60=180,000
180,000 feet per hour, there is 5280 feet in a mile. 180,000/5280=34.0909090909

do the math you'll see i'm right. if there is one thing I know it would be math.

Top speed at 50 feet away = 340mph
top speed at 100 feet away = 681mph

they were no more then 100 feet way.
