I mainly spell it, Pain. I sometimes spell it Pain/Pein or Pein.
I oddly don't get confused when he's talking about his, "pain quotes".

You can spell it BOTH ways although i preffer Pein, Pain is sometimes used (i usually put Pein, then Pain in parenthasis). there should be a 'both' in the poll because either way is correct.

reminds me of a penguin. the penguin has 6 paths of pain in which he uses to kill ppl inderectly....very devious...
sorry for spamming. yes, some ppl prefer pain, some pein. but i'm pretty sure it's pronounced more like pein than pain. edit: like, the a in pain is to stressed, so when you spell it pein it losses some of the stress on the e |

I saw Pein the 1st time I heard about him so I've use that spelling ever since. Also it's the ninja way to spell it

In the english manga its "pain" but in the Japanese version its "Pein"

well, from the japanese to english version of things, alot changes. such as kakashi's last name was Gaiden in another japanese manga, but in the english are it turns to Hatake.
