ok but Kakashi isnt Orochi he's someone way diffrent.

Kakashi can counter any of Hiruzens moves

Based on what? Hiruzen has the skill to fend off three Kage level ninjas. Kakashi needed massive help and nearly died defeating one.

based on anything Hiruzen throws at him. this isnt a fight on who Hiruzen almost killed... this is Hiruzen vs. Kakashi. Ezplain how Kakashi loses this

Hiruzens taking this with quite a bit of difficulty. With speed equalised, Hiruzen can probably dodge Lightning Hounds and Chidori.He can also spam Drgon Flame Bomb , which causes problems as it has quite a good AoE. At close range, having to deal with Enma and Hiruzen at once will also be quite a task for Kakashi.Sharingan will help, but it can't save him forever.

Hiruzens close combat ability allowed him to keep up with Hashirama and Tobirama both at once, so keeping up with Kakashi will certainly be quite an easy task.
