Time Line: chunin exams

State: Sasuke & Lee has both won the first Around and fight in Round 2.

Jutsu Rulings: Both Lee or Sasuke cannot use Jutsu or feats shown after this time line.

Who Wins?

CS1 Sasuke can Chidori Lee easily.Especially since during the Chunin Exams he gained Lee's base speed. Unless Lee goes into gates-he can't keep up with Sasuke.

Sasuke wins, moderatly easily.

Sasuke at this point is basically a much better base Lee.

Unless Lee gets the chance to use his gates, Sasuke takes this. However, if Lee does end up using gates, he blitzes Sasuke. Problem is that the gates require too much prep if you're fighting a guy who's as fast as you are, with Sharingan no less.

I still dont see how you people can keep saying Sasuke was as fast as Lee, Sasuke clearly wasnt as fast as lee, he had much greater speed then he did have, but weightless Lee was still faster then Sasuke.

Plus at that time Sasuke could last as long as Lee could, he would get tired and Lee would kill him.

If sasuke would use his curse mark im sure he could win. Curse mark. Sharingan. Chidori. Better speed than b4.

Lee's Speed would still be compareable to Sasuke, and Sasuke wouldnt have anything to beat Lee before he used the gates.

Feats at that time shown Lee able to Open the gates with wil power alone.

Clearly Sasuke was at least as fast if he was fast enough to bypass Gaara's sand the way he did. Even in Gaara's perspective, Sasuke's movements were very similar to Lee's.

How was weightless Lee faster? Kakashi trained Sasuke to replicate Lee's speed using the Sharingan and also trained him to enhance his taijutsu in the same way. Lee admitted that Sasuke had the same speed and taijutsu he did, but with the Sharingan as well.

Along with having Lee's speed, Sasuke also had Sharingan, meaning Lee isn't touching him without using Reverse Lotus.

Comparable, yes. However, that means nothing.

He has nothing to beat Lee with gates? Sasuke uses Phoenix Flower Jutsu and then proceeds to blitz him as he dodges or blocks. Heck, even Chidori will suffice, it's not like Lee can counter that.

Lee can easily open Gates 1 and 2, but 3 and beyond he requires time, more than Sasuke will possibly allow.

Didn't Sasuke in that period have trouble with the Curse Mark like if he used too much chakra.

Yeah, back then he still couldn't control the Curse Mark all too well, as shown when he encountered Gaara the second time and the CS activated on him after he used Chidori, causing him to exhaust his energy.

He could still defeat Lee in base though.

Which is why Might Guy said when Sasuke fought Gaara.

"He is fast as Lee."

Anyway Sasuke doesn't have as much stamina compare to Weightless Lee.

Even with less stamina, Sasuke has the clear advantage with Sharingan and Chidori.

Which gives Lee another disadvantage.If Lee gets to close,the Sauce could just stab him with chidori.
