Restrictions: No EMS or No CM 4 Sasuke. Kakashi can only use Kamui once + he cant use it on a body only a jutsu.

Distance: 20 Meters

Acceptions: Kakashi can use his feats from Part 1 + 2, Same As Shikamaru.

I honestly think Sasuke can still win this.

Karin can provide medical help to Sasuke and info on the other team, or serve as a distraction while Sasuke fights them off. Note that Sasuke has much better speed than Shikamaru and he's likely on similar speed levels with Kakashi, so that, along with Sharingan, could help him evade them. Going by the OP restrictions, he still has regular MS, meaning that he can use Ammy or Susano'o to kill them, and Kakashi can only Kamui away his jutsu once.

Karin gets killed by a Shadow Neck Bind at the beginning of the match. Or at least gets knocked out. Kakashi isn't as fast as Sasuke, even if he is quick on his feet.Hes getting hit with some sort of Chidori variant sooner or later. As well as that, Sasukes Hawk Summon is troublesome. It would be very difficult for Kakashi or Shikamaru to hit him while he's in the air. And should he use Kirin while in the air-its match over for Kakashi and Shika.

Sasuke wins.

Even if Karin doesn't help much, how do Kakashi & Shikamaru counter Susano'o or Ammy?

According to the OP, Kakashi can only use Kamui once, and it has to be on a jutsu. So he can only counter Sasuke's MS jutsu once.

Or Sasuke uses Susano' arrows and Kakashi only has one Kamui so you screwed them over.

Taking away Kakashi's trump card is a huge handicap. Hypothetically speaking, Kakashi can solo most of Narutoverse with Kamui from his hyped reaction speeds and Kamui feats.

Susano'o and Ammy will be the downfall of the right side, sooner or later. Kirin isn't really needed, nor does Sasuke rely on it because of his new MS hax and the fact of it's huge amount of prep time.

Shadow variants take out Karin at the beginning making it Kakashi and Shikamaru vs. Sasuke. Shikamaru uses his Shadow's as a distraction while Kakashi attacks him head on with Lightning variants and what not.

Susano'o's arrows are taken out my Kamui, but will get him eventually because of the limit on the amount of uses for Kamui.

After Kakashi is out of the game it's smooth sailing for Sasuke, as Shikamaru won't be much of a threat, nor a problem for Sasuke.

Sasuke wins.
