Acceptions: Shikamaru has unlimited Flash bombs. Anko has unlimited Kunai

I thought this said Konan at first.....
I havnt really seen Anko fight that much. Right now I say...Shikamaru. Im sure he can find a n amazing strategy

Anko lacks feats and could be immobilized or captured by Shikamaru's shadows, while Shikamaru should be able to dodge her attacks. Plus the flash bombs could blind her.

Shikamaru stomps. Striking Shadow Snake isn't hitting Shikamaru before a Shadow Posession hits her.Then its just matter of making Anko bend backwards into a wall.

Hidden Shadow Snake Hands could be dodged, or Shikamaru could stop her with his Shadow Possession. IIRC Shikamaru dodged a punch from Kakuzu in his first encounter with Hidan.

Twin Snakes Mutual Death is suicide.

Dragon Fire Jutsu is filler for Anko, and doesn't it need a cord to work?

after seeing both of them id say... both jutsu's are the same speed.

Rank doesn't mean much when it comes to speed.

Orochimaru wasn't really trying, and all Anko did was drag him over with snakes and try to kill him.

Anko showed crap speed feats. Not that Shikamaru is any different, but there is an avid difference between their speeds. I'd say lay off the pot.
