Minato has no speed feats. All we know is that he has teleportation, his "speed" is all hype.

That said, until Minato is actually proven to have such massive speed that he can blitz Chiyo without teleportation, Asuma with that speed still cannot defeat Chiyo. Ten Puppets>Asuma.

Minato lacks speed feats. People can make up speeds all they want, but until I see some conclusive proof, Minato is faster than the eye can see like any other ninja, and nothing more. The only feats we've seen from him were the time when he rescued Kakashi from Mahiru (which is certainly not anywhere near a hypersonic feat) and a bunch of other teleportation feats.

However,

speed=/=teleportation

Thats all fine and well , and I agree with Miles since it is mostly hype-he has to use Kunai to use such speed. But you seemed to imply that Minato does have such speed -otherwise why would you actually write' Azuma has Minatos speed' in the OP?

I believe you were using his hype based speed when you originally created the thread so-realisticly, Asuma would rape under those conditions. If that isn't the case, then I really don't know what you mean when you say 'Azuma has Minatos speed' unless you're saying he uses Kunai to move at such speed?

ok i was trying to make asuma fast so thats why i said speed of minato just give Asuma alot of speed

So then why did you say 'Tell Lady Tsunade that' ? Because you were thinking the complete opposite to Miles? Anyway, if Asuma is just slightly faster than Chiyo he can't win. Ash Cloud isn't fast enough. Especially not at this range.Chiyos puppets can reach him quickly and slice him up.

If you want Asuma to have a large speed advantage then give him Raikage's speed.

However, doing that will ensure Asuma stomps via blitz.

I would give Asuma a slight speed advantage, but not to much. Asuma does need some type of handicap to at least give him a fighting chance.
