Deidara vs. Kisame

Restrictions: No C0 for Deidara

Distance: 50 Meters

Acception: Kisame's Water Dome can reach Deidara if he's in the air

Kisame blitzes. He was as fast as Killer Bee, who was faster than Hebi Sasuke. Deidara was on par with Sasuke at that time, so by that logic Deidara gets blitzed before he can do anything significant to Kisame.

Would Kisame be able to suck the chakara out of his bombs?

If so Kisame should win easily. If not C4 = One Dead Shark.

C4 takes more prep time than Deidara has. Also, Water Dome protects Kisame from C4 due to it being huge and he's at the center of it, and the second the bombs touched him they'd get sucked dry of chakra and would just be wet lumps of clay.

The start range gives Kisame plenty of time to make his water dome and fuse with his sword but it also gives time for Deidara to make bombs. I don't think that Deidara has the fire power to take down Kisame and he is at an disadvantage because of the water and now because of the rules Deidara has no where to run or fly in this case. Sadly Deidara gets absorbed in the water dome that Kisame starts spamming Water Shark Bomb Jutsu and Five Hungry sharks Jutsu or Kismae could just beat Deidara to a bloody bulb or let him drown.

This is actually a bad matchup for Kisame since he has actually shown no aeriel attacks. Other than Water dome which Deidara can easily go higher on C1 bird.

However he can't in this.

In NBD it was so Deidara sided when Lone Wolf said Kisame blitzing yes the distance was 50 meters he was ridiculed. =/

Caz Kisame cant use his chakra eating, Deidara will be to high up or if Deidara starts to drown or gets trapped in the Dome Deidara will just use his bombs

at 50 Meters they both have prep time

If Deidara gets caghut in Water dome then hell use C4 on Kisame when Kisame comes after him like Deidara did to Sasuke

Based on the fact that Kisame's water attacks are Deidara's fire's weakness, I would say Kisame but Deidara's C4 is lethal. I'm not familiar with the manga, so I can't justify my answer any farther.
