No,no,no, don't worry. This information comes from observations of the Hyuga Clan and their techniques. Indeed they are. I only said that to influence you saying that. The real reason would be because Neji had perfected the Rotation and made it his own in Part 1. It can only be assumed that he brought it to the next level, and created a new technique that branched off the original by Part 2.

The point is, being the leader of the Clan in this case wouldn't decide the victor, as Neji is light-years stronger, but being the leader of any clan grants one ultimate knowledge of its jutsu, and ultimately access to all of its(original) jutsu.

MS was a forbidden ocular jutsu. So of course, Fugaku would not have it. Itachi obtained MS by the killing of Shisui.

Ranks mean a lot. I do not understand why people can not comprehend that. A clan or council is not going to appointment a weak fool into a leadership position. That is just idiotic.

That's true, but some of the time, they do not have a choice. Hinata is heir of the clan, she must be leader. If what you said applied to the Hyuga Clan, Neji Hyuga would be made leader in a heartbeat.

Being the leader of the clan means you are most likely the strongest clan member, although not always. Additionally you have access to documents on all techniques of your clan and presumibally are aware of all the skill levels of clan members. Being the leader of a clan makes a big difference.

Because he had the MS. We have no idea what would have happened if Fugaku had been prepared for the attack and Itachi did not have MS.

Red: Prove it. As you have pointed out Hiashi has barely one feat, therefore you have no idea how weak or strong he really is. You can prove nothing.

Hiashi acknowledged that Neji had already surpassed the entire Main Branch of the Hyuga Clan including himself in manga chapter 101, or Naruto episode 61.

So just because Tsunade is Hokage means that she could beat people like SM Naruto, SM Jiraiya, Pain, Sasuke, Kakashi, Orochimaru, etc? Not thats idiotic.

I just noticed something. Most of us are aware that Neji>Hiashi, so why is Hiashi ranked as Legendary in the BG Power List? I believe their positions should be switched.

@Red: You just contradicted yourself. With that state proves that you neither have any proof the Hiashi is strong or has the ability to defeat Neji.
