Kisame vs. 8-Tailed Jinchuuriki
Kisame's strength is superior to Itachi's and he has much more stamina and chakra. Could he stand up to this beast?

No, that's not fully right. Kisame has more chakra than Itachi, but even himself says Itachi's stronger than him.

Kisame is by no means stronger than Itachi. He only has so much Chakra because his Sharkskin sword has absorbed so much throughout the years.
I don't think any Akatsuki member could 1 v 1 a Jinchuuriki, let alone the 8 tails. |

That will probably be a good battle. Maybe shark-man still has a few tricks up his sleeve... But probably not. So I say that Killer Bee would win. He has superior strength in Bijuu form and his chakra might even bee greater than Kisame's. Also, how is Kisame going to take down a giant squid-bull? The akatsuki work in two-man teams. To back each other up and create a strategy. Without someone's help, taking down an entire Bijuu will be pretty hard...

Itachi is the "elder" of the group even though he is younger, so he is much stronger than kisame.
