IMO it depends on just how much kakashi has improved kamui since his last encounter with deidara. When he first used it on deidara he barely missed a kill. However since then we have seen improved feats from him when he used it to kamui asura's laser and when he kamui'd sasuke's susano'o arrow.

So i'll say most likely kakashi, however starting distance is also extremely important in this fight, as at a very long range deidara still wins.

it's where Sakura + Chiyo fought Sasori so there's not enough space to fly around

since Deidara is a long range fighter he has a major disadvantage here with the limited space given.
Kakashi has lightning element (> earth), Kamui, Sharingan (can see Deidara's supposedly invisible bombs) and his most scariest technique:

If Chiyo set out the ten puppets, this will be an overkill.

There's no friggin' way Deidara could win. In fact I think there's a good chance Kakashi can solo this and not let Deidara win (can be a tie though).

edit: oh and this time deidara don't have tobi to lay out the clay mines. (i can't remember that part well.. guess that's what tobi did)

I`d say it depends... If Kakashi could make a good strategy or uses Kamui!!!

Obviously Kakashi and Chiyo. Kakashi beats most of the 'verse when Kamui isn't restricted due to how much better he's gotten at using it.
