The M4 does not have that much recoil to begin with,but has greater stopping power. This means I can take down an enemy from far away much quiker and with less bullets. This is good becuase most gun fights are decided by one or two seconds.

Like you said, most gun fights are decided in 1 or 2 secs, The FamasG2 can fire all of it's 5.56 mm in just 2 secs

Not really all it takes is 1 bullet to drop a normal person, Oh and a M4 has the same Bullet as a FamasG2, let me put up the numbers for you

Now the more Muzzle velocity gun has, the lighter the bullet, that being said, The bullets of a FamasG2 are in fact more powerful then the M4, and by looking at these numbers, a FamasG2 is better to use in a Urban environment then the M4
