I say Sakura because she has power like Tsunade. Hinata is to weak. Sakura then could use her power to punch Hinata in the heart. Causing Hinata to be seriously injured.

your all overating sakura again i'm sure if hinata hits her gentle fist and drain sakura of her chakra she would win because without her chakra sakura cant do anything.

Sakura can accumulate chakra in her fists in a second so prep time for her chakra punches isn't a factor.
