If by Kisamehada you mean Kisame-Samehada fusion, I go with that, because Kisame needs only to Waterdome to take this. Raiton armor is nice and all, but with fully body chakra absorption, there isnt really much Raikage can do. Simply toughing Kisamehada would help Kisamehada, and he would be able to regen from anything due to chakra reserves.

Kisamehada wins. He floods the battle area and stomps A' underwater. Kisamehada has the full advantage underwater. He can move faster and A' won't be able to fight at full power. Kisamehada will be able to absorb pretty much all of A''s Chakra underwater. It's a total stomp.

Now if A' is fast enough to blitz Kisamehada on land with Lariat or any other of his lethal attacks before Kisamehada can flood the area, he could have a chance of winning. But I still think Kisamehada could win. Even on land, he can absorb A''s Chakra just by making the smallest physical contact.

Since Raiton Aura is chakra, couldn't Kisamehada just absorb that?

Without it, Raikage loses a lot of his power and Kisame could take him handily with Water Dome.

Correct. Pretty much what I said. Kisamehada stomps underwater do to better speed and absorbing all of A''s Chakra. He can easily just catch A' and hold him until all of his Chakra is gone or until he runs out of breath. Whichever one happens first.

Nope.

All of Raikage's moves are close range. He gets close, he loses chakra. Kisamehada goes Water Dome, GG.

Difficult to kill? When it's Kisame we're talking about, no.

Most of Raikage's defense is Lightning Aura. It's a shame Kisame absorbs that and renders Raikage defenseless. Add on the fact that humans can't move nearly as effectively as Kisamehada in the water when Water Dome is used and it's clear that Raikage won't be doing much to Kisame.

Kisamahada abrorbs his chakra if A comes close and drowns him if he does water dome. well A could proububly electricute the water but i dobt think that would work
