Summary: 4 years after Pein destroys the Konoha. Naruto is now the new hokage but the akatsuki finally charges at Konoha, Sasuke is the leader of the akatsuki and plans to kill Naruto Sakura and Kakashi Can Naruto stop him and the akatsuki

Plot:
Nearly 300 years after the Fourth Ninja World War, a strange Meteor came down from the heavens above Konohagakure no Sato, annihilating nearly half the village by itself. But from the crater came a Radiation that began to affect many of the villagers and shinobi that came near it. Nothing else came out of it but strange black radiation. Once affected by said strangeness, the afflicted began to act strangely, taking up nearby arms and cutting down any other healthy person they could find. Something was up with that radiation that affected the Ninja and Civilians that were caught in it. There were no signs of any elemental release until a year after the Meteor hit Konoha. Though the disease-like radiation spread rapidly throughout the world, only 4 countries had the biggest impact on it.
Fire Country.
Water Country.
Moon Country.
Cloud Country.
Tea Country.
This disease is currently known as the Zenta Virus, or "Unknown" virus. Within the Symptoms of the virus, the afflicted will have Black-colored chakra that is more solid than normal chakra, no elemental release besides Kuroton*, black eye lines, anger towards unaffected, and a dull sense of humor.
Almost ten years after Konohagakure no Sato's imminent destruction, a New Konoha appeared on the other side of the country, new and reborn, with a new, more powerful Kage with Immunity to the disease. Mainly all members of the village have airborne immunity to the disease, but close up contact will cause infections and will spread it. To prevent such measures, Konoha's borders are tight on security, every guard has a Ninja Hasmat suit, checking any signs of the disease on any Ninja coming in and out of the village. Supply carriers, and others are checked for diseased goods, in case of inner domination. Other countries have adapted the same methods, trying to contain infected and killing them before they could infect anyone else, along with sterilizing most areas for extra protection.
On another side of the spectrum, the Akatsuki's goals were shattered when the Bijuu and Jinchuuriki were driven to insanity and were killed by the Radiation of the virus. So they're goal was now to take out their long-sought rage to destroy the 5 Infected leaders of the world, that are normally located near the Meteor where the infections started. Most of the Akatsuki are immune to the Virus, but some are not, and have to be kicked out, so they may find ones that are immune, but also strong. They are intent on using their captured Bijuu for such power, to release them into their own beings and annihilate the Leaders, even if it means having to kill any other village that gets in their way.

Naruto sakura and lee drift off a boat then fall down a waterfall and end up on an island that seems like paradise but they are actually going to get cooked and eaten by a konahona which is a giant man eating squid.

Naruto,Sakura,and Sai are chasing after this mysterious shinobi but just as they were about to capture him he uses a strange jutsu on Naruto which sends him back to the time when the 4th was still alive.At first he meets Jiraya.Then he meets Minato and Kushina.They then take him in as their own son.But one day when Naruto was strolling through the village he see's the same ninja as b4 and then his memories become one and he see's stuff like Jiraya's Death,Minato's Death,and the village being destroyed by the nine tails.he tells them but they don't listen.So Naruto gets ready for the fox

naruto is hokage and all the others are grown, most of the adults have ether died in battle or old age. naruto's supervisor is shikamaru( just adding that in). konahamaru is the new naruto like character... but naruto is still the main character just with the veiw point of a hokage. the village is then attacked by sasukes own village of hidden in the shadows. (made his own just like orochimaru,also get sasukes side just like the show, new ninja introduced) so classic naruto vs sasuke just older and much stronger plus the new gen of ninjas aswell as the grown up present ones...(o ya yamato,and kakashi are alive but die protecting naruto. believe me i dont want them to die but im sure they would be pretty old so...) naruto and sasuke fight until the brink of death completely tied..naruto tries to convice sasuke that this is pointless but sasuke refuses. untill he notices the new generations of kids the age of naruto and sasuke presently fighting killing each other, causing him to wake up and find out that revenge leads to more and more fighting and more deaths, and then to more revenge. so he finally agrees to a treaty and alliance. the fight is over and the villages are at peace. until the next movie muhahahaha
