1st has no good feats.
Tsunade is too weak. 1st wins by hype and powerscaling.

The 1st has Wood Style and can block Tsunade's head-on attacks easily. Tsunade has Katsuyu and is a Medic Ninja. Hashirama wins, easy.

By hype, Hashirama was top tier.
Hashirama>Madara. We all know Tsunade has nothing on Madara. Pretty clear who wins imo. Even with the given feats, Bringer of the Darkness means Tsunade isn't doing anything to Hashirama. |

Hasirama destroys Tsunade.
Wood style, and a forest of darkness is just too much for Tsunade. By hype Hasirama really owns. Like Rocklee said By hype Hashirama>Tsunade.
