Did you guys notice how old this thread is? Did you also notice that this thread is outdated because Sony isn't maufacturing anymore PS2 games. They're only making PS3 now, so I have to buy a friggin 300 dollar gaming system now.

yes, i know that. European games in PAL format and thats why they don't work unless you either convert it to NTSC OR you get a mod chip

Unless you work at Sony you can't make it NTSC compatible. I was thinking of burning it to a DVD and playing it that way but I'd still need a Swap Magic and Flip Top to play a burned game so there's no point in doing that *sighs* I kinda miss playing UN5. I cant since my PS2 hates my Swap Magic disc and rarely lets it work.

My freind got a PAL PS2 and plays it that way. Another freind got a mod chip I know how how to make it NTSC compatble

Oh really? Do tell. I'll see if I can do it with my crappy WinME PC and no mod chip on my Flip Top PS2 lol I just hope I don't screw up my PS2 since I actually have a collection of PS2 games I still play.

ultimate ninja 5 is not coming to the u.s. march 11th naruto ultimate ninja heroes 3 is coming out and goes to the hidan and kakuzu arc plus sasuke arc and 1 more arc i think young kakashi chronicles.it has all the chars in UN5 and more.so theres no reason for UN5

i would buy it but i still need the swap magic to do that, and that would b like 100 in total, And i think the reason why ultimate ninja 5 didn't came 2 the U.S, is B/C they're bringing other games to the U.S that they didn't have the budget to do it. the games are:Heros 3, Ultimate ninja storm 2, naruto shippuden:The dragon sword,ninja destiny 3,

Ok so I went to import NUN5 from EU and everyone is sold out it seems and others just don't seem trustworthy. Same goes with a flip top and Swap magic 3 disc. Anyone know any great reliable places to get the game that has it and a reliable place to get a flip top for a ps2 along with swap magic 3. Thanks!
