Shika vs Neji

Neji needs to get close to hurt Shika. Shika can simply trap him and kill him like he did with Hidan.

By hype Neji is faster, but by feats they're about even. This largely depends on starting range when you boil it down. At long range Shikamaru wins via Shadow Sewing. At close range Neji wins by sealing Shikamaru's chakra before his shadow can be accessed. At mid range it could go either way.

I could see it as a tie. Neji would kill Shika if he got too close, Shika if they weren't that close, as sage of six paths noted. So, I think it matters on the terrain, weather, etc. At the very least, it would be a close call.

i agree in many ways.. it really depends.. Neji is less strategic but has more effective battle style than Shikimaru.. but than again Shikamaru is extremely smart and can probibly find a way to counter Neji's attack

whats a puch lol. anyways if Shikamaru tries to go anywhere Neji's hand he can cut off Shikamaru's chakra. PLUS Neji can block objects by just realsing chakra, not to mention Neji has better charkra control so he can get out of shadow possesion.
