here basiclly it's Quantity (except for 0-5 and the days) vs quality. remember that Pain knew/could do all known jutsu so he could soak Crocodile so his devil fruit would be ineffective. This is a pretty even match. but if I had to choose I would have to go with the Akatsuki on this one. They have Pain, Madara, Itachi, and Kisame. Just them could take on almost all of Baroque Works.

Pain doesn't know all known jutsu and has no reason to soak Crocodile.

It's not an even match by any stretch of the imagination.

Then I misinterpreted the manga. but still, the Sand devil fruit's weakness is water, if Crocodile gets soaked, he can't break apart, which means Kisame vs Crocodile would be an interesting fight. We have yet to see Madara injured (at least what I've seen) but it still would be a close fight.

Crocodile can absorb water. Even if he gets soaked, he needs only to touch himself with his hand and poof, no more water.

Crocodile didn't touch Luffy and therefore didn't absorb the water.

which proves you can soak Crocodile. If Kisame uses that huge water jutsu or the water prison jutsu then he soaks Crocodile faster than he can absorb the water

Good luck making one when you're already dead from having had all the water sucked out of your body.

Crocodile is top tier in One Piece. Naruto high tier is roughly equivalent to One Piece mid-tier.

If Kisame floods in time and uses Water Dome. Such things will change.

But yes. Crocodile will be the main reason why Akatsuki loses for now. Not to mention speed difference.

I don't go by tiers. I go by simulations in my mind created by the information gathered so far from both mangas. even a low tier person can beat a high tier given luck, experience, and determination. Anyway, that's as far as I will go in this. I've voiced my opinion and that's all it is.

I don't think so. Kisame seems more the type to cut up anyone. that's all he seems to talk about.

Take out Crocodile it will be a much better match.
