What's the difference?! I mean... What's the big deal about God anyway?! I used to believe in God but now, I can't convince my self that he exists! Even if there is someone named God, he can't help us out! what's the difference between believing and not believing in him?! could it really change our lives and make us do better and feel better?! don't you think that God is something that mankind made for himself, just to feel good? Just to think that life has a destination?

God is a trump card. If you believe there is no creator then why would something have to create god? or if you dont believe in god then what, do you believe space has just simply existed outside the realm of "time" and has just always been and always will be? (time being just a theory in the first place) and if so, then why cant "God" a creator, an "almighty" being exist outside the realm of time as well as space.

Have you ever owned a dog and taught it tricks?If so why is it so hard to believe that God can teach the authors of the bible to write down his word on paper. If you always say humans make errors than we cannot believe anything. I can't even believe what you guys are saying right now because you could be making an error.

I'm not interested in a God that's outside the realm of our universe. You purposely put your God in an area where it is untestable. Nice and easy explanation that again, exempts you from providing any proof to it's existence. I can do the same with any God, claim it exists outside our universe, and never have to prove anything.

you are absolutely right! I don't know about you guys, but I live in a Muslim country and I know a lot of none senses about God!... God said this!, God said that! do like this!, do like that! don't do this, don't do that or you will beg for mercy in front of God!!... etc. But can anyone really prove his existence?!! Here, in my damn country, God is just a puppet! just a tool for obtaining the power!

There. You just proved my point. We cannot be so sure of everyone says "Oh well the bible isn't true because humans make mistakes," than we can't believe anything because Teachers are human. Textbooks are created by people. Books and movies are created by humans too.

You have faith that what you are doing is right. I think that God told the authors what to right like shadow writing and he guided the events that happened in their lives so that they would be prepared to do great things. If God can guide them and eliminate the human mistakes of the bible why can't he help us decide whether jumping out your window and going down the stairs is right?
