what does this mean I get this mesage. and I had to wait 47 sec and this is not the first time I got this Eror.

It just means you tried to post too many times within that 15 second window. It's simply the forum telling you to calm down for a bit then you can post again. It's nothing important.

but I did that view ohter times and he diden't give the eror then

These are likely just the forum reproducing your message several times, resulting in the amount of time you can post in going up. The only thing you can really do is wait it out and post once the time is up.

Yeah, the searches are mucked up.

Nothing we can do about it, you have to live with the extra time per search. Just the way life goes.
