Alternate costumes At the character selection screen, hold L1 + R1 while choosing a character. In Free Battle or Mission mode, hold L2 + R1 and press X while selecting a character.
Chibi battle While playing in Versus mode, hold Square while the fighter's names are spoken (for example, Naruto vs. Sasuke). Continue holding Square through the intermission sequence to fight with the Chibi version of the characters.
Bonus missions Successfully complete "S" rank Mission 2, "Icha Icha Paradise", to unlock Mission 11. Successfully complete all non-"S" rank missions (Hokage rank) to unlock Mission 12.

Ranks Get the indicated amount of EXP in Mission mode to reach the corresponding rank:
  • Genin: 50 EXP
  • Chunin: 500 EXP
  • Special Jonin: 1,150 EXP
  • Jonin: 1,750 EXP
  • Anbu: 2,170 EXP
  • Hokage: 2,490 EXP

Restore health Hold Up to assume a taunting pose. The only characters who can do this are Sakura, Hinata, Shikamaru, and Kakashi.
Restore Chakra To recover Chakra (energy), hold Down. Note: You will be defenseless while recovering Chakra.
Extra Jutsu While playing as any character, press Down(2), Circle to perform a Jutsu.
Inner Sasuke and Inner Kakashi Fight Sakura and use Sasuke or Kakashi's Sharingan special. Then, press Down(2), Circle to use Inner Sasuke or Inner Kakashi.
Sasuke or Kakashi with sword Perform the Sharingan super move with either Sasuke or Kakashi while fighting Orochimaru or Zabuza. If you complete the move, Sasuke or Kakashi will have a sword (depending on which you are fighting).
Sasuke with cursed mark and sharengaurd eyes When activating Sauske, (cursed marked) at the last part when Cursed Mark Sauske attacks with his lightning covered hand, look closely at his eyes. His eyes are sharengaurd. Note: Sharengaurd will not work on Curse Marked Sauske.
Sharingan glitch with Curse-Marked Sasuke Unlock Curse-Marked Sasuke, then use Curse-Marked Sasuke's special when he uses the Lightning Blade. After he uses it, look at his eyes. The Sharingan should be activated, however you cannot use the Sharingan afterwards.
Easy wins While fighting at Zabuza's Hideout, teleport to the top portion of the battlefield where the bed is located. Run left or right under the ropes. Jump onto the rope and run to the left if you chose the right rope; or to the right if you chose the left rope. When your oponent jumps on to the other side, attack him or her to their side of the rope. This will trap them between you and the tree.
Easily complete "Tug Of War On The Bridge" mission Play as Sasuke. Go behind Haku and press Circle repeatedly. You should get the three additional blows down. Then, use Sasuke's second special (Windmill Triple Attack/Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu) to defeat Haku.
"Dynamic entree" comment Select Two Player mode and use Kakashi's Sharingan. Copy Sakura Chakra techniques. Instead of saying "Fair tales is for real", he will say "Dynamic entree".
Hidden Scrolls An easy way to obtain the hidden Scrolls is to complete the objective in Practice mode. This will not work for the Kikyo Castle, Zabuza's Hideout, or Great Naruto Bridge stage. Obtain these Scrolls in Two Player Free mode and have one of the players not move.
  • The Ramen Ichiraku stage: Strike all the lanterns on the lowest level of this stage untill they glow red and are about to break. Do not break them. If done correctly, you will get the hidden Scroll.
    Hokage's Mountainside Images stage: Jump up and down on the treetop to the left of the center ring. After about ten jumps you will receive the hidden Scroll.Hero's Memorial Stone stage: Strike your enemy's support character five times to receive the hidden Scroll.
    Survival Exercise Ground stage: Destroy ten of the practice dummies appearing on the back plane to obtain the hidden Scroll.
    Look Out Tower stage: This is one of the hardest Scrolls to obtain. To get the Scroll, shatter the purple barrier that stops you from plane shifting. Then, go to the giant frog's head. You must jump from the frog's head to the snake's head without falling or touching the ground. The easiest way to do this is to jump forward then double jump at the last moment. Then, perform an air dash toward the snake's head. Then, return to the frog's head using the same move. All this must be done before the snake starts breathing fire. The moment you get back to the frog's head, you will receive the hidden Scroll.
    Chunin Exam Stadium stage: Run to the hole in the ground five times to obtain the hidden Scroll. Make sure you wall-run out of the tunnel each time.
    Kikyo Castle stage: Stand on the top tail tip of the fish statue in the upper-right hand corner of the back plane while the timer gauge ticks down for ten seconds.
    Exercise Ground Forest of Death stage: Attack the fish swimming in the stream three times to get the Scroll.
    Zabuza's Hideout stage: Stand on the building's upper most level and wait for three counts of the time gauge to receive the Scroll.
    Great Naruto Bridge stage: Stand still on the boat for three counts of the timer gauge to obtain a hidden Scroll.
    Kazekage's Mansion stage: Attack the vending machine between fifteen and thirty times to get the hidden Scroll.
    Sunagimo Estate and Buddha Statue stage: Plane shift up to the top of the level and destroy the object flying in the tornado. It will take more than one tornado to complete this.
In Freebattle mode with one or two players, use Sasuke and fight Naruto eleven times or more to get a hidden Scroll.
Chakra techniques
You can do a Jutsu without using your secret techniques. Press Down(2), Circle to perform the following Chakra techniques:
Gaara: Cursed Sandstorm Severing
Result: Uses Shukaku's arm to punch the opponent.

Haku: A thousand Needles of Death 1
Result: Splashes water, freezes them, and fires sharp ice needles.

Hinata: Medicine
Result: Restores health, attack, and speed

Kakashi: A Thousand Years of Death
Result: Goes behind the opponent and gives them a painful poke in the butt.

Lee: Leaf Whirlwind
Result: Spins leg around to trip the opponent.

Naruto: I overdid it!
Result: Farts to make the opponent faint.

Neji: Rotation
Result: Spins like a top to counterattack.

Orochimaru: Blade Technique
Result: Slashes the opponent with a powered sword.

Sasuke: Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu
Result: Blows a large flame to burn the opponent.

Sakura: This fairy tale is for real!!
Result: Uses Inner Sakura to do a flurry of punches.

Shikamaru: Now, Choji!
Result: Summons Choji to the battle field to use the Human Boulder, and crushes the opponent.

Zabuza: Water Prison Jutsu
Result: Traps the opponent in a bubble, then crushes the opponent.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja bonus Have a saved game file from Naruto: Ultimate Ninja on your memory card to get 340 Ninja Info Cards and 50,000 Ryo.
Play as Byakugan Hinata After the Third Arc of Ultimate Road, go to the Chunnin Exam building and challenge Rock Lee to a Push Up Battle in order to learn his Jutsu. After that, go outside the building and talk to Hiashi Hyuuga. He will ask you to tell Hinata that he wants to see her battle Neji. Go to "Trail" and you will see Hinata standing on the bridge. Tell her about the challenge and she will agree to it. Go back into the Chunnin Exam building and you will see Hinata and Neji standing together. Talk to either one and a dialogue will start between Hinata and Neji. When they are done talking, you must fight Neji as Hinata and win with a Level 3 Chakra when Neji has zero Chakra. Easy money Go to Tanzaku Town with 1,000 Ryo. Play the slot machine game. Take 50 Medals. This will cost 1,000 Ryo. Start playing. Do not wait, and press Down, Square, Triangle, and Circle as fast as possible. The "7"s bonus will come easily. After about three times of getting the "7"s bonus, the next bonus will be the Naruto bonus. The more Medals you win, the more money you will earn. One Medal is worth 20 Ryo. When you start, do not take too many Medals. You will win more Ryo with less of them.
In the village hidden in the leaves, go to the hidden leaf forest. Once there, you will find Sakura. Talk to her as many times as desired, and she will ask you to do a mini-game where you must climb a tree. Each time you do the mini-game, she will give you 15,000 Ryo.

Double Naruto finisher In Vs. Duel mode, play as Naruto vs. Naruto with Iruka as both support characters. Have both Naruto's power up to level 1 Chakra, and use the super attack at the exact same time. If done correctly, player one will use the technique, then player 2 will use it immediately afterwards.
Defeating Itachi Repeatedly double jump and attack with Kunai or triple power up and use Kakashi's lightning blade.
Defeating Zabuza Use the following trick when fighting Zabuza on the Hard difficulty setting. If he gets at least one chain of combos, you will be out for the count. The best thing that you can do is when he is about to attack is to go to the foreground or background; do not let him get any of his full Chakra techniques.
Cheat mode (Japanese version) The following codes are entered by selecting one of the five elemental symbols in Naruto's room, then selecting the various twelve icons that are represented in the indicated layout. Note: The twelve symbols are the old Chinese way to tell the time. Each symbol is two hours in a 24 hour clock. In terms of the Chinese Zodiac, it is also an alternate representation of the Chinese Zodiac used for fortune telling. The first symbol represent a Rat year in the Chinese Zodiac, and the time would be 1 to 3 a.m. The second is an Ox, and time would be 3 to 5 a.m., etc.

Alternate characters Unlock all characters, then highlight one of the following characters in Versus mode and hold Select to play as their alternate form: Chouji, Lee, Jiroubou, Kidoumaru, Kimimaro, Naruto, Sakon, Sasuke, Gaara, or Tayuya. Note: Some alternate forms cannot use Ougi.
Easy experience Use the following trick to get over 400 experience points for yourself, over 100 experience points for all characters, and 39 Scrolls. Select the "A" rank mission "A Spy Intrudes"; life regenerates battle. Perform at least ten Ultimate Jutsu. Do not finish off the enemy. Keep allowing his life to replenish and continue. Make sure that you have more health at the end. Move from the background to the foreground, keep restoring Chakra, and continue executing Ultimate Jutsus (level 1 so you get three per full Chakra bar).
Easy money While playing RPG mode and you are inside the Central Area of the Konoha Village, do the following. Go to the room where Iruka-Sensei is located (the house in front of Ichiraku Ramen) and talk to him. Select the second option, then the second option again. Go out and you will find Scrolls on top of Ichiraku Ramen. You can repeat this as many times as desired. Collect a total of 999 Scrolls, then convert them to 99,900 Ryou at the Scroll Shop.
Just before you jump to RPG mode, play Naruto Eiyuuden (Story mode) first. After completing this mode, you can earn at least 50,000 to 60,000 Ryou.
Go to Tanzaku Town, and enter the second building. There will be a person inside that tells you which leaf slot machine wins the most. Leave and go to the slot machines. Play the one he told you to. Keep playing until you have at least 9,999 medals. This can be cashed into 200,000 Ryou.
Secret Scrolls Successfully complete one of the indicated tasks to unlock a secret Scroll:
  • Ichiraku Ramen Shop: Destroy ten items in foreground and background. Hokage Monument: Destroy the four faces. Forest of Death: Stand in front of the fish in the water for five seconds. Hero's Memorial Shrine: Jump back and forth between the two tree branches in the background five times. Kikyo Castle: Taunt five times while standing on a Fish Tail. Konoha Hot Springs: Stand on the middle tier of the building in the background for five seconds. Konoha Forest: Stand sideways on a tree for five seconds. Kazekage's Mansion: Hit the vending machine three times. Tanzaku Town: Hit the vending machine five times. Zabuza Battle Bridge: Knock your opponent into the water three times. Village Of Sand: Hit boxes in the tornado five times. Kidoumaru's Spider Nest: Hit the small spiders in the foreground of the stage. Jump on the rope above and hit the spiders. Moonlit Plains: Hit Sasuke's barrel five times. The Final Valley: Jump from Hokage Head to Hokage Head five times. Top of Lookout Tower: Jump from Frog to Snake to Frog. Chunin Exam Battle Arena: Hit the floating Kunai five times. Training Field: Stand on water for five seconds. Tanzaku Outskirts: Hit the snake in the face five times. Zabuza's Hideout: Stay in the attic for five seconds. Training Cliff: Knock your opponent off five times.

Bonus figurines The following figurines cannot be purchased at the shop, and are instead unlocked by completing the indicated S Mission:
  • Figurine 2: Successfully complete S Mission 1 Figurine 3: Successfully complete S Mission 2 Figurine 4: Successfully complete S Mission 3 Figurine 5: Successfully complete S Mission 4 Figurine 6: Successfully complete S Mission 5 Figurine 7: Successfully complete S Mission 6 Figurine 8: Successfully complete S Mission 7 Figurine 9: Successfully complete S Mission 8 Figurine 10: Successfully complete S Mission 9

Curse Mark mode with Anko Anko's ultimate technique usually puts her in Ultimate mode. However, if you use the technique on Orochimaru, she will say something to him and activate her Curse Mark at the end, putting her in Curse Mark mode afterwards.

Restore health Hold Up to assume a taunting pose. The only characters who can do this are Sakura, Hinata, Shikamaru, and Kakashi.
Restore Chakra To recover Chakra (energy), hold Down. Note: You will be defenseless while recovering Chakra.
Extra Jutsu While playing as any character, press Down(2), Circle to perform a Jutsu.
Inner Sasuke and Inner Kakashi Fight Sakura and use Sasuke or Kakashi's Sharingan special. Then, press Down(2), Circle to use Inner Sasuke or Inner Kakashi.
Sasuke or Kakashi with sword Perform the Sharingan super move with either Sasuke or Kakashi while fighting Orochimaru or Zabuza. If you complete the move, Sasuke or Kakashi will have a sword (depending on which you are fighting).
Sasuke with cursed mark and sharengaurd eyes When activating Sauske, (cursed marked) at the last part when Cursed Mark Sauske attacks with his lightning covered hand, look closely at his eyes. His eyes are sharengaurd. Note: Sharengaurd will not work on Curse Marked Sauske.
Sharingan glitch with Curse-Marked Sasuke Unlock Curse-Marked Sasuke, then use Curse-Marked Sasuke's special when he uses the Lightning Blade. After he uses it, look at his eyes. The Sharingan should be activated, however you cannot use the Sharingan afterwards.
Easy wins While fighting at Zabuza's Hideout, teleport to the top portion of the battlefield where the bed is located. Run left or right under the ropes. Jump onto the rope and run to the left if you chose the right rope; or to the right if you chose the left rope. When your oponent jumps on to the other side, attack him or her to their side of the rope. This will trap them between you and the tree.
Easily complete "Tug Of War On The Bridge" mission Play as Sasuke. Go behind Haku and press Circle repeatedly. You should get the three additional blows down. Then, use Sasuke's second special (Windmill Triple Attack/Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu) to defeat Haku.
"Dynamic entree" comment Select Two Player mode and use Kakashi's Sharingan. Copy Sakura Chakra techniques. Instead of saying "Fair tales is for real", he will say "Dynamic entree".

Hidden Scrolls An easy way to obtain the hidden Scrolls is to complete the objective in Practice mode. This will not work for the Kikyo Castle, Zabuza's Hideout, or Great Naruto Bridge stage. Obtain these Scrolls in Two Player Free mode and have one of the players not move.
  • The Ramen Ichiraku stage: Strike all the lanterns on the lowest level of this stage untill they glow red and are about to break. Do not break them. If done correctly, you will get the hidden Scroll.
    Hokage's Mountainside Images stage: Jump up and down on the treetop to the left of the center ring. After about ten jumps you will receive the hidden Scroll.Hero's Memorial Stone stage: Strike your enemy's support character five times to receive the hidden Scroll.
    Survival Exercise Ground stage: Destroy ten of the practice dummies appearing on the back plane to obtain the hidden Scroll.
    Look Out Tower stage: This is one of the hardest Scrolls to obtain. To get the Scroll, shatter the purple barrier that stops you from plane shifting. Then, go to the giant frog's head. You must jump from the frog's head to the snake's head without falling or touching the ground. The easiest way to do this is to jump forward then double jump at the last moment. Then, perform an air dash toward the snake's head. Then, return to the frog's head using the same move. All this must be done before the snake starts breathing fire. The moment you get back to the frog's head, you will receive the hidden Scroll.
    Chunin Exam Stadium stage: Run to the hole in the ground five times to obtain the hidden Scroll. Make sure you wall-run out of the tunnel each time.
    Kikyo Castle stage: Stand on the top tail tip of the fish statue in the upper-right hand corner of the back plane while the timer gauge ticks down for ten seconds.
    Exercise Ground Forest of Death stage: Attack the fish swimming in the stream three times to get the Scroll.
    Zabuza's Hideout stage: Stand on the building's upper most level and wait for three counts of the time gauge to receive the Scroll.
    Great Naruto Bridge stage: Stand still on the boat for three counts of the timer gauge to obtain a hidden Scroll.
    Kazekage's Mansion stage: Attack the vending machine between fifteen and thirty times to get the hidden Scroll.
    Sunagimo Estate and Buddha Statue stage: Plane shift up to the top of the level and destroy the object flying in the tornado. It will take more than one tornado to complete this.
In Freebattle mode with one or two players, use Sasuke and fight Naruto eleven times or more to get a hidden Scroll.
Chakra techniques
You can do a Jutsu without using your secret techniques. Press Down(2), Circle to perform the following Chakra techniques:
Gaara: Cursed Sandstorm Severing
Result: Uses Shukaku's arm to punch the opponent.

Haku: A thousand Needles of Death 1
Result: Splashes water, freezes them, and fires sharp ice needles.

Hinata: Medicine
Result: Restores health, attack, and speed

Kakashi: A Thousand Years of Death
Result: Goes behind the opponent and gives them a painful poke in the butt.

Lee: Leaf Whirlwind
Result: Spins leg around to trip the opponent.

Naruto: I overdid it!
Result: Farts to make the opponent faint.

Neji: Rotation
Result: Spins like a top to counterattack.

Orochimaru: Blade Technique
Result: Slashes the opponent with a powered sword.

Sasuke: Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu
Result: Blows a large flame to burn the opponent.

Sakura: This fairy tale is for real!!
Result: Uses Inner Sakura to do a flurry of punches.

Shikamaru: Now, Choji!
Result: Summons Choji to the battle field to use the Human Boulder, and crushes the opponent.

Zabuza: Water Prison Jutsu
Result: Traps the opponent in a bubble, then crushes the opponent.

Play as Hyuuga Hinata (Successor) Successfully complete Story mode (4 Arcs). Then, speak to Hyuuga Hiashi outside the arena, then at the rooftop. Next, speak with Hinata at the training grounds. Go to the arena and defeat Neji to unlock Hyuuga Hinata (Successor).
Play as Jiraiya Defeat Jiraiya with Uzumaki Naruto in Story 1 to unlock him.
Play as Momochi Zabuza Defeat Momochi Zabuza with Jiraiya in Story 4 to unlock him.

Play as Uzumaki Naruto (Maito suit) Successfully complete Story mode (4 Arcs). Then, speak to Maito Gai at the marketplace. Go to the next city and buy a Maito suit (100.000 Mon). Go to the next screen and defeat Gai to unlock Uzumaki Naruto (Maito suit).
Play as Yakushi Kabuto Successfully complete Story 3 to unlock Yakushi Kabuto.
Alternate costumes At the character selection screen, press L1 or R1. The red sign will change to blue. If you press L1 again you will get green. If you press Circle on either blue or green, you will get different costumes.
Easy money Go to Tanzaku Town with 1,000 Ryo. Play the slot machine game. Take 50 Medals. This will cost 1,000 Ryo. Start playing. Do not wait, and press Down, Square, Triangle, and Circle as fast as possible. The "7"s bonus will come easily. After about three times of getting the "7"s bonus, the next bonus will be the Naruto bonus. The more Medals you win, the more money you will earn. One Medal is worth 20 Ryo. When you start, do not take too many Medals. You will win more Ryo with less of them.
In the village hidden in the leaves, go to the hidden leaf forest. Once there, you will find Sakura. Talk to her as many times as desired, and she will ask you to do a mini-game where you must climb a tree. Each time you do the mini-game, she will give you 15,000 Ryo.

Double Naruto finisher In Vs. Duel mode, play as Naruto vs. Naruto with Iruka as both support characters. Have both Naruto's power up to level 1 Chakra, and use the super attack at the exact same time. If done correctly, player one will use the technique, then player 2 will use it immediately afterwards.
Defeating Itachi Repeatedly double jump and attack with Kunai or triple power up and use Kakashi's lightning blade.
Defeating Zabuza Use the following trick when fighting Zabuza on the Hard difficulty setting. If he gets at least one chain of combos, you will be out for the count. The best thing that you can do is when he is about to attack is to go to the foreground or background; do not let him get any of his full Chakra techniques.
Cheat mode (Japanese version) The following codes are entered by selecting one of the five elemental symbols in Naruto's room, then selecting the various twelve icons that are represented in the indicated layout. Note: The twelve symbols are the old Chinese way to tell the time. Each symbol is two hours in a 24 hour clock. In terms of the Chinese Zodiac, it is also an alternate representation of the Chinese Zodiac used for fortune telling. The first symbol represent a Rat year in the Chinese Zodiac, and the time would be 1 to 3 a.m. The second is an Ox, and time would be 3 to 5 a.m., etc.

Easy experience Use the following trick to get over 400 experience points for yourself, over 100 experience points for all characters, and 39 Scrolls. Select the "A" rank mission "A Spy Intrudes"; life regenerates battle. Perform at least ten Ultimate Jutsu. Do not finish off the enemy. Keep allowing his life to replenish and continue. Make sure that you have more health at the end. Move from the background to the foreground, keep restoring Chakra, and continue executing Ultimate Jutsus (level 1 so you get three per full Chakra bar).
Easy money While playing RPG mode and you are inside the Central Area of the Konoha Village, do the following. Go to the room where Iruka-Sensei is located (the house in front of Ichiraku Ramen) and talk to him. Select the second option, then the second option again. Go out and you will find Scrolls on top of Ichiraku Ramen. You can repeat this as many times as desired. Collect a total of 999 Scrolls, then convert them to 99,900 Ryou at the Scroll Shop.
Just before you jump to RPG mode, play Naruto Eiyuuden (Story mode) first. After completing this mode, you can earn at least 50,000 to 60,000 Ryou.
Go to Tanzaku Town, and enter the second building. There will be a person inside that tells you which leaf slot machine wins the most. Leave and go to the slot machines. Play the one he told you to. Keep playing until you have at least 9,999 medals. This can be cashed into 200,000 Ryou.

Secret Scrolls Successfully complete one of the indicated tasks to unlock a secret Scroll:
  • Ichiraku Ramen Shop: Destroy ten items in foreground and background. Hokage Monument: Destroy the four faces. Forest of Death: Stand in front of the fish in the water for five seconds. Hero's Memorial Shrine: Jump back and forth between the two tree branches in the background five times. Kikyo Castle: Taunt five times while standing on a Fish Tail. Konoha Hot Springs: Stand on the middle tier of the building in the background for five seconds. Konoha Forest: Stand sideways on a tree for five seconds. Kazekage's Mansion: Hit the vending machine three times. Tanzaku Town: Hit the vending machine five times. Zabuza Battle Bridge: Knock your opponent into the water three times. Village Of Sand: Hit boxes in the tornado five times. Kidoumaru's Spider Nest: Hit the small spiders in the foreground of the stage. Jump on the rope above and hit the spiders. Moonlit Plains: Hit Sasuke's barrel five times. The Final Valley: Jump from Hokage Head to Hokage Head five times. Top of Lookout Tower: Jump from Frog to Snake to Frog. Chunin Exam Battle Arena: Hit the floating Kunai five times. Training Field: Stand on water for five seconds. Tanzaku Outskirts: Hit the snake in the face five times. Zabuza's Hideout: Stay in the attic for five seconds. Training Cliff: Knock your opponent off five times.

Bonus figurines The following figurines cannot be purchased at the shop, and are instead unlocked by completing the indicated S Mission:
  • Figurine 2: Successfully complete S Mission 1 Figurine 3: Successfully complete S Mission 2 Figurine 4: Successfully complete S Mission 3 Figurine 5: Successfully complete S Mission 4 Figurine 6: Successfully complete S Mission 5 Figurine 7: Successfully complete S Mission 6 Figurine 8: Successfully complete S Mission 7 Figurine 9: Successfully complete S Mission 8 Figurine 10: Successfully complete S Mission 9
Curse Mark mode with Anko Anko's ultimate technique usually puts her in Ultimate mode. However, if you use the technique on Orochimaru, she will say something to him and activate her Curse Mark at the end, putting her in Curse Mark mode afterwards.

Play as Demon or Kyubi form Unlock all bonus characters (including the fourth Hokage). Then at the character selection screen, hold R1 and press Circle when choosing a character to play as their Demon or Kyubi form. Note: Not all characters have an alternate form.

Bonus characters Have a saved game file from Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 on your memory card to unlock all characters except for Chiyo, Deidara, Itachi, Kisame, Sasori, and Yondaime. To unlock those characters, complete the following tasks:
  • Chiyo: Successfully complete Master (Story) mode. Deidara: Defeat him in Master (Story) mode. Itachi: Defeat him in Master (Story) mode. Kisame: Defeat him in Master (Story) mode. Sasori: Defeat him in Master (Story) mode. Yondaime: Successfully complete Hero mode.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character:

Haku: Defeat Haku in Hero mode. Jiraiya: Unlock the scene where Naruto protects Tsunade from Kabuto in Hero mode. Kabuto: Defeat Kabuto with Naruto in Hero mode. Kankurou (old version): Unlock the scene of his fight against Shino during Konoha's Invasion in Hero mode. Nidaime Hokage: Unlock the scene of Sandaime's funeral in Hero mode. Orochimaru: Fight against Orochimaru with Naruto in Hero mode. Sandaime Hokage: Defeat Orochimaru using him during Konoha's Invasion in Hero mode. Shizune: Unlock the scene where Tsunade attacks Orochimaru in Hero mode. Temari (old version): Unlock the scene of Temari's fight against Shikamaru during the Chuunin Exams in Hero mode. Zabuza: Defeat Zabuza in Hero mode.
Extra money Have a saved game file from Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 on your memory card to start the game with 100,000 Yen.

NEWSFLASH It wasn't funny. Wanna know why? All that text takes time to load. Thus it takes LONGER for it to load on slower net connections (or in my case crappy PCs) so it takes me even longer to post than it normally would. Anyway do whatever you want in your bad sense of humor I could care less.

Anyway to answer your question he probably copied it all from the Cheats sections on the respective games over on GameFAQs.
