Perhaps if she had Shikamaru's intelligence then she wouldn't have to waste all those weapons.

4/10 If it hits, you get to teleport instantly and deliver a killing blow to your enemy. If they can deflect or dodge it, and retaliate, you're screwed. There are many who could get around it using speed to dodge the object which has the tag on it.
