I'll try to include everybody...

1) Madara (Just a guess, he is the leader, but not much is known about him...)

2) Nagato (No explanation necessary)

3) Sasori (Sorry Itachi, but Susano'o will take too long...)

4) Itachi (There you go, 4th place isn't so bad...)

5) Orochimaru (He still is one of the best)

6) Sasuke (I count team Hawk...)

7) Deidara (Huge explosions, C4... he's crazy good... I'd put him higher up

if I didn't include Orochimaru or Sasuke.)

8) Kakuzu (He's sick nasty with five hearts and all his attacks...)

9) Kisame (Has really good water attacks and a lot of chakra, but no surprises...)

10) Konan (She is good, but really weak against all water attacks...)

11) Hidan (He's better than he is given credit for. After all, he is immortal.)

12) Suigetsu (The only member of Team Hawk besides Sasuke who

doesn't completely suck...)

13) Jugo (he does nothing...)

14(THE WORST EVER)) Karin (No explanation necessary)

Akatsuki low tier is not weak, just low tier for Akatsuki.

Oh, but doesn't it say in recent manga that in the beginning, (I think it's chapter 448 or 449, but I'm not positive) that Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan created the organization? I remember that Yahiko was the first leader and he died early on, but I don't know if that was the same organization as Akatsuki. If it is, then he was a part of it at one point.

I agree. EXECPT I think Orochimaru and Sasuke should be switched. Sasuke did defeat him after all... And you're dead on about the Karin thing!!

No, they formed a group to stop the great ninja war, and Yahiko led it. After he died, Nagato went crazy and killed everyone there (besides Konan) and he became evil and joined the Akatsuki.
