Say you have 100 rep points total. If you rep up someone for a good post and your rep power is 5 they gain 5 rep points. But do you lose 5 rep points and drop down to 95?

Are you trying to ask like if you +repped someone your rep points would go down? No, not at all; you don't lose anything when you rep someone.

the rep system is still screwed up, alot of people arn't happy with it. Personaly Im not either, and i wish it could be made to where everyone was happy with it.

Its not that its screwed up. Other people have explained why they are losing rep. If that's what your talking about. Some people rep others for no reason. And that's not how it works around here.

i dunt see any flaws with the way things are, n ppl will always try to abuse the system anyways but its pretty good the way it is not sure wut u cud do to improve it

People try scam ohter accounts and try rep. themself.
Ohter smart kids makes new accounts with random E-mails , what they make in 2,5 mins.To be honest , forum admins should make 1 account can rep 2 times in 24 hours.

I uderstand but i thought you guys were staying out of the of it.. Since i got sum bad rep that was not called for and you said oh well.. So i dont get why u are doing this for some one else.. U should be fair and treat ever ones complant the same

Hmm, I'm kinda scared now, because I lost half of my rep already, and I've gained it back plus more, but in the last week or so, I've been getting crazy amounts of rep. Can a mod check mine so that I know it's not rep farming?

Well, sometimes you gotta deal with unfair rules. But I actually think these rules are pretty good.
