Fiction?Or Non-Fiction?

I was looking in the non fiction section of the library and I found a book called things your parents don't tell you.It said that kids should drink milk because if you don't radio-active giant cows will explode.Then it also said don't play with your food because if you do the food will come to life.
So in the conclusion is it true or fake?

If you put a slice of ham in a DVD player, it will play a short film about pigs. A slice of cheese will play a short film about cows.
